FRESH SALMON
Your choice of grilled or blackened, topped with brown sugar and pistachios and served with a side of pasta romano.
**VEAL MARSALA
Veal cutlet pounded thin, sauteed with fresh cremini mushrooms and marsala wine. Served over fettuccine.
EGGPLANT PARMESAN
Thin slices of fresh breaded eggplant, fried, topped with sauce and cheese then baked. Served with a side of pasta
PASTA PRIMAVERA
Your choice of pasta topped with fresh vegetables sauteed in an oil and garlic sauce. Served with mini garlic bread with cheese.
**CHICKEN PARMESAN
Fresh breaded breast, deep fried and served with a side of pasta.
CHICKEN PICCATA
Chicken, mushrooms and capers sauteed in a lemon wine sauce served over angel hair pasta.
CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI ALFREDO
Fresh chicken and steamed broccoli mixed with a rich alfredo sauce, served over fettuccine.
SHRIMP SCAMPI
Tender shrimp in an oil and garlic sauce served over angel hair pasta.
STUFFED SHELLS
Four large shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, topped with sauce, covered in provolone and mozzarella cheeses, then baked.
MEAT AND CHEESE LASAGNA
An all time customer favorite. Baked fresh daily
MANICOTTI
Two crepe manicotti stuffed with ricotta cheese, covered with marinara sauce and cheese and baked.
VEAL PARMESAN
Fresh top round of veal breaded and deep fried, topped with sauce and cheese and baked.
HOT SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
Two pieces of hot sausage over a bed of pasta, covered in cheese and baked to perfection
MEATBALL CASSEROLE
Four large meatballs over a bed of pasta, covered with sauce and cheese and baked.
**ZUCCHINI PARMESAN
Fresh sliced, breaded and fried zucchini with sauce and melted mozzarella cheese with a side of pasta.
FLAT IRON STEAK
10 oz. marinated and char grilled to order, served with a side of redskin garlic potatoes and a side of grilled asparagus.
BAKED ZITI
A diner size portion of ziti, topped with meat sauce and cheese and baked to finish.

MARYLAND CRAB STUFFED RAVIOLI
Ravioli stuffed with Blue Crab, tossed in a light lobster cream sauce and topped with sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese.

SWEET BASIL CHICKEN
6 oz. of organic free range chicken breast, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil, sautéed with oil and garlic and tossed with penne. Served with a side of herbed risotto and grilled asparagus
