Monte cello’s and Penn Brewery have teamed up to bring you a delicious 6 course Prime Rib and Beer Dinner! Join us for a celebration of local beer paired with Monte Cello’s homemade specialties. You will get a brief overview of how beer is made, how to pair beer with food, & a description of the beer for each course from Penn Brewery’s Eric Heinauer, and have the opportunity to sample some of Penn Brewery’s rarest brews! 

When: Babcock Blvd: Wednesday, February 20th at 6pm or Wexford: Thursday, February 21st at 6pm

Price: Tickets are $30 in advance, includes tax & gratuity.

Menu & Beer Pairing (4oz.):

• 1st Course: Hors D'oeuvres: Traditional Antipasto served with Penn Gold & Penn Marzen
• 2nd Course: Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette served with Penn Weizen
• 3rd Course: Salmon with Brown Sugar Pistachio Glaze served with Nut Roll Ale
• 4th Course: Lasagna served with Kaiser Pils- a non-filtered brew direct from the Lager Cellar & very rarely featured in or out of the brewery!
• 5th Course: Prime Rib & Baked Potato served with Penn Dark
• 6th Course: Black Forest Cake served with Penn Chocolate Meltdown Cherry Infusion, which is one of only 5 kegs produced!

Guests will also get to take home a Penn Brewery pint glass & have a chance to win Penn Brewery prizes! Seating is very limited so reserve your space now!
