Monte Cello’s Italian Restaurant celebrated its Silver Anniversary in 2005, and we hope to continue the tradition of serving you – our customers - for another 25 and more.

The first Monte Cello’s restaurant opened it’s doors on June 5th 1980, on the land that is now the northern most entrance to Ross Park Mall. Today, After 25 years and well over 125 million slices of pizza sold (and eaten), Monte Cello’s is proud to boast of restaurant locations throughout western Pennsylvania from Downtown Pittsburgh to Zelienople and Hampton to Sewickley.

One of the Monte Cello’s secrets of success is the daily care and time taken to make fresh menu items including pizza dough, sauces and soups from scratch. However, the most important ingredient of the Monte Cello’s recipe is “never sacrificing quality while always keeping the family budget in mind!”
